A loud, roaring clap of thunder sent a galvanizing wave to those who have been so wrapped up in application forms, waiting lists and that big exam in July. It has been raining on and off for a while. The gloomy sky and unpredictable showers seemed perfect for SAD, one kid commented and I answered her with this line - April showers brings May flowers.
Soon, this batch of students will graduate and enter another stage of their life. The transition part is the most difficult part; waiting is a torture to all who have hopes perched on their heart. This short sentence is just right for the trying moments like these.
